Here Is A Quick Guide On Some Attractions That Your Family Can Enjoy Together:

Myriad Botanical Gardens:

The Myriad Botanical Gardens is a great place to visit if you are looking for a quiet place to take a walk, read a book, or have a nice picnic with your significant other. It has various totem poles that tell stories from around the world, as well as reflecting pools that show different images when water is splashed on them.

Oklahoma City Zoo:

The Oklahoma City Zoo is a wonderful zoo with animals from all over the world. Children will especially enjoy themselves at the Animal Adventures KidZone, where they can get up close with some of the smaller animals that might be found on a farm or in someone’s backyard.

Frontier City:

This theme park offers rides, shows, and events for everyone to enjoy. You can find everything from high-adrenaline water rides, thrill rides, and roller coasters, as well as the classic tame Ferris wheel, bumper cars, and carousel for young children. The park also includes animal exhibits, exciting shows featuring trained animals performing in various ways, including acrobatics, dancing, diving, and even magic tricks!

Night And Day Outings:

For a fun night out on the town, check out one of the many bars and lounges in Bricktown. This neighborhood is home to several nightclubs.

No matter what you choose to do, be sure to set aside some time to explore downtown Oklahoma City. The area is full of unique shops, restaurants, boutiques, and a fantastic steak restaurant. You can also find several art galleries and museums in the area.

Here Are Three Of The Many Museums Worth Considering

National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum:

The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum is a fantastic place to learn about Oklahoma’s rich Western heritage. Be sure not to miss the “Tall Tales” gallery, which features exhibits on Pecos Bill, Paul Bunyan, John Henry, and other western legends.

Science Museum Oklahoma

Oklahoma City’s Science Museum is a great place for kids who love learning about science and technology. There are over 390,000 square feet of exhibits on four floors, making it one of the largest interactive science museums in the country. Kids can explore everything from the solar system to the exquisite garden made up of plants native to Oklahoma, aviation history, etc.!

Museum of Osteology

This is an attraction that is perfect for those who are fascinated with bones! The museum contains more than 350 skeletons from all around the world. The exhibits may be a little confronting for small children (due to the detail of each individual skeleton); however, older kids will love it! Kids can also learn about the different bones in their body, how muscles attach to bones, and even see a life-size model of a stegosaurus.
